This is a gentle form of yoga, sitting in a chair or using it for support. Traditional yoga poses are modified using the chair to make yoga accessible to every one. Relax from your head to your feet without the stress of getting down onto the floor (or back up!)  Feel the tension melt away as you incorporate breath work and create the mind-body connection resonate with all styles of yoga.
